A Private Base for a Retreat
A retreat or a gathering works best in a place that belongs entirely to your group. Our two villas in Louredo, Vieira do Minho, are private houses about five minutes' drive from Peneda-Gerês National Park, and you can rent a whole house so that the property is yours for the length of your stay.
Gerês Paradise already hosts a five-day yoga retreat, with yoga, guided meditation, Theta Healing and deep relaxation set against the national park. Guests who want treatments during their own stay can book massages and yoga classes on demand, and the property has a small gym with the option of trainers and therapists.
Each villa sleeps up to 10 guests in four private en-suite bedrooms, with seven bathrooms. Catering can be arranged at special pricing on request, and if you are bringing a larger group, ask us about both villas together.

For small events and family gatherings, the whole house can be yours, with the national park a few minutes away for the parts of the day you want to spend outdoors.
Practical Details for Organisers
The property is made up of two houses, each with four en-suite bedrooms, seven bathrooms (three in the ground-floor one-bedroom apartment and four in the top-floor three-bedroom apartment) and space for up to 10 guests. Whole-house rental gives your group the property to itself, and for smaller groups a floor with its own separate entrance — a three-bedroom or a one-bedroom unit — is also possible. Tell us the number of guests and the type of gathering, and we will confirm what we can arrange.
Both villas have central heating and air conditioning, private parking and fibre internet. Airport transfers can be arranged for guests arriving by plane, with Louredo about 40 minutes from Braga and roughly 1 hour 15 minutes from Porto airport. Gerês Paradise is licensed local accommodation (AL 163176/AL).
